If you’re in a bind for present-buying (not a strength of mine, at all) then look no further than “mounted maps of your choice” by Francis Frith.
A family run outfit, with a well-maintained site offering every option you could imagine:
A simply brilliant idea and I’d been amazed at finding it not yet offered by any manufacturers. Go grab your favourite location, mount in a frame, or on a canvas… with an inscription if you so desire. Plus their customer service is incredible: I asked for something to be delivered in just 10 days (from order through assembly through first class postage) (big celebration coming up) and they obliged without a cent extra.
